Warcraft Rumble Vancleef Map

This is one of original maps used to develop our style and went though many design and art iterations as we hammered out what we were making. Very often our biggest breakthrough involved taking away details and distilling down the elements of a given scene. The boat was one of the first things I designed and built on the project. The in game model was remastered later but the original design remained the same.

This is a very Early concept. I was originally toying with the idea of things being small placable details on  the terrain. Our earliest maps often had many elements and small details and over time out map themes became more focused.
